ABOUT MY WORK: Most of my paintings are on Arches 300 pound or 140 pound paper, cold pressed.
I occassionally use hot pressed, but I will indicate it if that is the case. I will also use Saunders Fabriano cold pressed on occasion.
If it is not labeled "giclee", it is an original.
At this time I use white 8 ply Bainbridge mat board, adding depth and keeping the framing simple, as I think it goes best with my economical painting style. My frames are plain, usually dark brown, white or natural colored beech, and I often use Nielson metal frames in "frosted umber".
